This apartment is situated in an elevated position of the historical lakeside village of Ossuccio near the famous L’Isola Comacina, the only Island on Lake Como, which boasts a very colourful history as well as a well-established Restaurant popular by visitors. A regular boat service operates from the nearby village of Sala Comacina to the Island during the Spring and Summer months.
Ossuccio provides a Bank, local Bar and a very beautiful Lake view Beach, Park and Tennis courts.
Nearby the Lakeside village of Lenno, famous for its visitor attraction, Villa del Balbianello and its beautiful promenade and Lido di Lenno offers guests a wide variety of local amenities including supermarkets and grocery shops.
The resort towns of Tremezzo, Cadenabbia and Menaggio are conveniently situated just a 10 minute’s scenic lakeview drive away.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
