The accommodation is perfect for a large family and consists of 2 Double Bedrooms, 1 Bedroom with Twin single beds and a further Bedroom with a set of children's bunkbeds, providing sleeping arrangements for upto 8 guests.

Carlazzo offers a convenient grocery shop and a selection of restaurants. Camping and Fishing facilities can be found on the Lago di Piano, just a 5 minute's drive away. Nearby, the charming Lugano lakeside town of Porlezza offers many amenities including High street shops, Cafes, Bars, Gelaterias and Boating possibilities. Lugano city is situated just a 20 minutes drive away and Lake Como, with its beautfiul lakeside attractions and towns is located just a 15 minutes drive away also.

There is a final cleaning cost of €100 when staying for one week & €130 when staying for two weeks with all bed-linen & towels included. If staying for two weeks or more – the bed-linen & towels will be refreshed after each week. All utility usage such as water, electricity & gas, are included in the rental price.

Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.

Payments by Credit/Debit Card & Wire Transfer

There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
