There are no commissions just a simple subscription fee and the opportunity to increase exposure.

Lakecomohomes is owned by Rentivo Group Ltd a specialist in plaform management, SEO and the rental industry. We offer a free extranet to all clients and a PMS to small managers who wish to adopt an enterprise level system to manage owners finances etc. We also have other platforms which may be of interest to add even more opportunities, such as Passpawt.com
Note: The PMS is only available to managers with more than 10 properties. Extra automated distribution to OTAs is also available via our PMS but for this service any payment solutions, we charge a modest fee. Please enquire for more information.

1. Main Listing
Our standard listing is great value for money and popular with many. We see hundreds of thousands of searches across villas, apartments and for many different numbers of guests and different Lake Como towns. A general listing opens up mainstream traveler searches and opportunities to enquire. The site offers something for everyone from studios to private luxury villas.
2. Front Page
A limited number of properties can be listed on the home page. The home page is one of the most popular places to list and receives substantial traffic. We provide rotation by week (for a maximum of 16 properties). This option is on a first come first served yearly basis but with a quality focus on the properties that can be subscribed. Villas and top end apartments see highest traffic.
3. Content Pages
We are creating more pages of content that specifically relate to lake interests and locations. Properties close to or have niche interests such as weddings or public villas are ideally suited to these pages for a private listing.
